INTERNATIONAL DAY OF HAPPINESS - 20 MARCH

If you are happy and you know it….share it, enjoy it….

We all seek happiness and to find happiness is to stop looking at the place where you lost it. Yes you read it right, the foremost action required is to stop dwelling in the past or in the emotion that triggers remorse, sorrow, depression, regret, guilt etc. Happiness and staying happy is our fundamental goal.

To be in neutral state of mind or cheerful state of mind is how we should mostly be in our lives. But thanks to our fast-paced life, stress to succeed, emotions like anxiety, annoyance, resentment and unhappiness are gradually becoming a default way to be. It’s time to tune back ourselves and bring back “being happy” in the limelight. It’s time to cheer up, practice gratitude, and appreciate the wonderful blessings and silver linings in our lives

“Happiness is all about feeling of being at ease with yourself and your surroundings, so whatever makes you happy, you do - to you and for you. Being happy from within is the key of being content with the people, things and environs. Everyone has their own definition of happiness, or things that make them happy, which is why there are no set rules for this game.

It’s time to introspect and understand what truly makes us happy, and how we can pursue it. So challenge yourself to be happy, access your cerebral space, deep dive on well-being and mindfulness.

Few of my personal favorite gears to drive my inner happiness are:

  • Spend Time With Yourself, Pursue What You Love In That “Me Time”

  • Give Your 100% In Everything You Do

  • Meditate

  • Affirm To Be Happy

  • Love and Respect All

  • Share & Care

  • Be Empathetic

  • Say Kind Words
